Mark Berry
 
Mark has 43 years of experience in Foodservice as a Chef, Operations Consultant, Caterer, Foodservice Sales Representative, Facilities Designer, and Chef Instructor.

He grew up in Illinois and moved to Vermont from Iowa in 1989. He likes to say he just came home as genealogy research indicates that one of his ancestors founded Ferrisburg. He lives in Berlin with his wife Kathy and dog Lucy Lu.

Mark graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in 1990 and stayed on as a chef instructor for two years. He and his wife raised six children in Vermont and now have 2 Grand Kids.

Larisa Parsley
 
Larisa Parsley is responsible for catering and front of the house management at the Global Cafe. She has been in this position for three years. She has been in the food service industry for over 30 years. Larisa graduated with honors with a B.A. from University of Toledo, OH and presently lives in Underhill with her son and husband of 20 years.
